The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Tunis on May 2, 2019 by Akinwumi Adesina, President of the African Development Bank (ADB) and Noureddine Zekri, Director General of the Maghreb Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BMICE). It will support the reorganization and modernization of BMICE information and communication system, but also strengthen the economic integration within the Maghreb area.
