The Maghreb Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BMICE) and the Export Promotion Centre (CEPEX) have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the launch of a strategic partnership, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at CEPEX headquarters.
This agreement aims to promote trade exchanges and stimulate investment among Maghreb countries, while facilitating Tunisian companies’ access to financing, guarantee, and investment instruments offered by BMICE.
Within this framework, both parties have agreed to establish a sustainable institutional cooperation mechanism focused on strengthening financing tools and supporting Tunisian companies in developing viable and bankable projects aligned with regional and international market requirements. They also commit to developing joint programs to support intra-Maghreb trade and enhance regional investment flows.
